System Integration : We offer complete system integration and SCADA implementation for green field/brown field/upgrade projects using Ignition SCADA with all the PLCs supported by Ignition. We support system integration for all kinds of manufacturing and process plants.
IOT and Digitalization/ Digital Transformation : We offer IOT and IT/OT integration using MQTT modules in Ignition, connection to end devices in field is achieved thru Ignition Edge and OPTO22’s groove RIO Edge I/O. Connection with third party SCADA and legacy systems is achieved thru OPC UA/DA.
The data from edge to central Ignition server is reported by exception by MQTT. Ignition can be hosted on-prem or deployed on the cloud. The IOT data can be published to AZURE/AWS/GCP using the IOT bridge module built in MQTT for further processing using AI/ML/Digital Twin modules built in the services of cloud providers. Alternatively IOT data can be published to cloud-based data storage and analytics service providers like snowflake for further processing.
Analytics : We offer our services to perform the analytics on the data gathered from the plants which could be spread over multiple sites across the globe. We derive actionable insights in plant such as performance/efficiency/availability improvement, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, controller tuning, This allows better data reporting across the organization using dash boards in various formats, support for data access and displays on different devices such as mobiles phones/ tablets/ computer screens/ TVs etc.
MES implementation : We also support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation for plants using the MES module of Ignition. MES is an integral part of manufacturing plants these days which supports OEE calculation, track and trace module and bridges the gap between shop floor and top floor thru this layer between real time plant production data and MIS data such as ERP systems.
Custom functionality for Ignition: We provide python scripting support to ignition for your projects to add a custom functionality to Ignition that you may desire.
Development of Simulation software for your Industrial Process: We have a library of simulation modules for process simulation for power plants/chemial plants and manufacturing plants. Our library also includes the control function blocks used in major PLCs and we can extend the library with additional new fucntion blocks required for any project.
